| A Brief History |
CHESTER LabNet had its humble beginnings back in 1977, founded as NEA, Inc. by John Cooper. The company added services and expanded. In 1991, the laboratory was sold to Chester Environmental and became part of CHESTER LabNet. In 1994, the Oregon branch was sold to private investors, while the rest of the Chester laboratory network was merged with Recra Environmental. CHESTER LabNet has been independent since 1994 and still going strong. The company name and ownership have changed over the years, but some things remain constant; CHESTER LabNet's specialization in inorganic air analysis and commitment to customer service.

Consistent, quality work that is completed on time and as expected. I never have to ask or wait for results, or have things double-checked and you folks are a pleasure to work with.

First and foremost is the knowledge and experience of your staff and your willingness to discuss the positive and negative aspects of sample collection and analytical approaches to unique test objectives.
I have a lot of confidence in your analytical capabilities and the quality of your work. You are my first choice for analyses that you perform.

Personal service--I know that you guys are small, but that's cool because whoever I talk to is closer to the process than through some big isolated client services group.
Responsiveness. I don't know how many times I've done it, but I've called a lot and said, I need some filters real soon, and they always arrive the next day. That's cool for procrastinators like me. And my emails get responded to in a timely fashion. Seems like the people actually know who I am.
My compliments to you guys.
